A mostly true journey through my life, the bad times I've had, the things that make it worth continuing, and the reasons I play music. Recorded in my home studio with all instruments played by me with the exception of slide guitar and backing vocals on The Riverboat Man, which are provided by Fraser Harper (www.harpef.com)

I feel it's an improvement on the first album. The songs are better-written and arranged, I have used more and better instruments, and I've learnt a lot of lessons from the recording and producing process compared to the first album. But it still has that nice DIY sheen to it.
